What is strategic planning?

Strategic Planning is the process of answering the questions: "Where are we going? What should we be doing? and How will we do it?" In organizations, it is the planning that embraces the entire district community and determines the future for various horizons. As a collective partnership, stakeholders in the Renwick USD 267 district evaluate current practices, past improvements, and future decisions.
